Rainy Brisbane

Still raining and overcast here in Brisbane what a wet year we have had.  Seems like it is back to old times again.
The trees love it and the garden is looking bright for the first time for years.
This is a country of droughts and flooding rains that is for sure, Dorethea Mckellar was spot on when she wrote My country that is for sure.
The cats are a little housebound but they don't want to go outside either.
My son picked me some flowers because I was not feeling well, they are from a meagre selection in the garden but I think they are beautiful.

Try to ignore the dust on the dressing table and just look at the flowers.
